Residential Services

Unity Care Group LLC has provided compassionate care for the elderly and individuals with developmental disabilities since 2014. We serve individuals in 7 counties currently and plan to expand our services throughout the state of Ohio. It is our goal to improve the physical, emotional and spiritual wellness of our clients. We will assist each person we serve to develop skills that lead to greater independence, community membership, relationship-building, self-direction and self-advocacy.

  • Personal Care (bathing, toileting, eating assistance)

  • Live-In Home Care (shared living)

  • Meal Preparation

  • Visiting Private Duty Nursing

  • Community Inclusion

  • Non-Medical transportation (Shopping, appointments, errands, etc.)
