About Unity Care Group LLC
Unity Care Group LLC, founded in 2014 by CEO Emmanuel Chikwa, has been providing quality residential services to Shelby, Miami, Butler, Darke, Montgomery, Greene and Warren counties since 2014. We plan to continue our services throughout Ohio as we grow.
Now we are preparing to open our first day services center in Centerville in July of 2019!
UCG will progressively raise the bar and set a new standard for home care and day services in Ohio. We will distinguish ourselves as Ohio's premier agency provider by delivering quality and compassionate care to every person we serve. Our caregivers will be recognized and rewarded as the most productive and caring direct service providers in the industry.

Our Mission
Our mission is to create the support and services to affect positive changes in the lives of individuals
with developmental disabilities, their families, and our local community, so that each person can
reach their maximum potential and level of independence.
Our Philosophy
We help to support families who require programs and services to care for each person we serve
at home and then later in life. Unlike institutional care, we believe community-based programs are the
answer in assisting each person to become a respected community participant and have an improved
quality of life with purpose.
